I almost completely forgot about today's post! Thankfully, my sister and I made dinner so I had something to put up :)

We made risotto with tomatoes and fresh peas that we picked in the garden. I pretty much love anything with rice, or with cheese, so risotto is always delicious.



I would have been happy with just the risotto, but we made some fish to go along with it. Cooking fish is always difficult for me, because I can never tell when it's done... and I usually end up either undercooking, or way overcooking it.
