The Horse and Carriage
Tucked away in an antique store near Nashville, TN, this absolutely adorable fabric caught my eye last Spring Break.
Unfortunately, there was only a small square of it, not really enough to make anything. So I decided to use it as an accent fabric, and bought some plain red cotton to match.
And somewhere in Kansas, on the way home from Nashville, I found some antique lace to use as a border.
I still wish there was more of the horse and carriage fabric, but I'm pretty satisfied with the way it turned out! One can never have too many skirts. (oh, and i really need to work on finding a better method for taking pictures...)
